Wait, so the skull like thing was one of those trees? If I had just seen the leafy picture I would have guessed the East, with all those deciduous trees. But it’s in the Southwest?? I’m “stumped” for sure. :) And gosh darn it about the stress fx. It even showed up right on the X-ray, huh? Well, I applaud your ability to recognize the rewards of restraint as we’ve discussed endlessly on all of our blogs. Stopping or even not ratcheting up the effort *before* you feel the pain is tricky. I know this is a terrible time of year to have to resist the outdoors, too. So, hang in there, cathy!
