I actually started thinking about races again today. My previously planned schedule for 2007 is completely shot, but this looks like a possibilty, Q50 Patagonia.
there’s nothing wrong with chocolate chip cookies. oh, and oatmeal cookie dough (homemade). anything from scratch can’t be bad!
also liked I have things on my schedule that I’ve planned, but I’ll cut workouts short if I’m tired. I’ve developed my own instincts. i think she is an excellent example of how not taking yourself so seriously makes you better. she doesn’t seem to be a meticulous food counter and she cuts back when she hurts. brilliant! thanks for the link.
