My favorite yoga videos #2

Graeme Street Cyclo-Core On-the-Go – Circuit 1 :: 15 min
So maybe this should not even qualify as a yoga video. It’s about as far from Bryan Kest as you can get. A guy working out on a yoga mat in running shoes. Why is it number two on my list? The great thing about this video is even when you feel like you have NO time you can often make time for 15 min. It is accessible for newbies…even non-flexible ones. You get a quick stretch, a little core, a little lower and upper body strengh….and a little movement! in a day when you might otherwise not exercise. Kind of expensive at $39+ shipping, but after 39 times it is only $1 per session and goes down from there. There are some other routines on the DVD too. I have only done one.

It is kind of hard to order On-the-Go individually; not as a part of a Cyclo-Core package, but it can be done.

Cool little Mac app

Years ago, before new-Mac, before Thunderbird, before Palm, I used to print out little wallet cards with phone numbers using Outlook. PocketPacker is a cool little Mac GTD app that does something similar, but much simpler. Just drag files onto the panes and they are shrunk to fit. You can also add pages from the PagePacker catalog. Then you print and do a little origami to finish your booklet. If you’re still using Tiger check it out.
