We have had great weather this weekend. Sunny and warm in the morning followed by mini-thunderstorms in the afternoon; perfect for those post-workout naps.
Saturday Bonnie and I went for a 3-hour hike. (I am still on the no-run plan.) I was in shorts and t-shirt. Pretty good for 10,000 feet in April. There is still lots of snow on the trails, especially on the west side of the valley, though you can’t see any in these photos.
Sunday, I took Bonnie for a short run with the bike and then went for 45 miles by myself. This was my first time on the road with aero bars and I am not confident enough with them to try pulling the trailer yet, though the aero bars are far less scary on the road than the rollers. I have fallen off my rollers about ten times since I installed the aero bars.
What are aerobars? i don’t think you mean these. If you do, then you’re silly.
